The hardiest things in life sometimes are having some of your family so far away. The saying "as you get older your views in life change" is true. My sister who is 1 years older than me has been away from home for at least 20+ years. The times we do get together (which isn't very often) is joyful, fun and just plain fantastic. But, when she goes back home it leaves a emptiness in my heart..
Over Memorial weekend she was here and brought her new grandson. (5 months old) What a joy to see them both and the poor feller I think was showered with kisses and hugs from all her sisters. The joy on my parents face to be able to see him, priceless. Miss and love you Dear Sister......

Oh, Roxie. There's nothing like a sister, huh? My baby sister is my best friend and I don't know what I'd do if she lived far, far, away. I have another sister that I love, too. She just makes it a little harder to get close to. But I wouldn't trade them for all the jewels in the crown!
Glad you had fun with yours.
Bee, I know I have 3 and love them dearly...2 older and 1 younger and your right I wouldn't trade them for all the diamonds in the world.
